How can I identify traffic from this promotion?

Create a campaign-tagged destination URL and a local QR code while controlling existing tracking parameters.

How can I identify traffic from this promotion?

Use your own figures for deterministic planning or analysis. Inputs remain in this browser. Models do not verify business outcomes; contribution is not net profit.

How to use this tool

Bring: An absolute public HTTP or HTTPS destination, source, medium and campaign. Optional content, term, campaign ID and source platform help your own naming system.

  1. Enter a public destination without passwords or private tokens.
  2. Use consistent campaign naming and explicitly choose whether to preserve or replace existing managed UTM tags.
  3. Check the final URL, including unrelated parameters and any fragment, before using it.
  4. Download the QR or copy the URL. Test the destination on a real device and verify analytics separately.

Hypothetical example — fictional inputs, not a forecast

For https://example.com/estimate/ use source newsletter, medium email and campaign spring-service.

The destination receives utm_source=newsletter, utm_medium=email and utm_campaign=spring-service. The QR encodes the generated destination, not a separate tracking service.

Use these figures only to understand the method. Replace them with your own consistent inputs.

Read the result in context

Tags label traffic only when the destination and analytics setup preserve and interpret them. A generated link does not verify attribution or consent.

Assumptions and limitations
  • No analytics installation, consent configuration or attribution result is verified.
  • Do not disable platform auto-tagging just to use this builder; review integrated tagging behavior first.
  • QR generation is limited to 2,000 UTF-8 bytes. An oversized URL can still be copied when its QR is unavailable.
Your information

Link and QR generation happen in your browser. Anything placed in a URL can be visible in browsing history, logs and analytics; never include names, email addresses, secrets or confidential labels. Questions before you start

Is the QR hosted by a third party?

No. The QR is generated locally and points directly to the generated URL. Downloaded files remain your responsibility.

Will existing click identifiers disappear?

Unrelated parameters and click identifiers are preserved. Managed UTM tags follow the explicit preserve or replace choice.
